Absa vehicle paperwork retrieval

I have finished paying my vehicle around 2011/12 and with a big struggle spoke to a Mr Oliphant who promised me the paperwork wil be delivered to Absa Clearwater mall where I can collect them Up to date I haven't received anything Recently for the past 4 working days I've tried again getting hold of them finding out where the paperwork might be but wit no success. I've been transferred to several departments where I was given phone numbers to whom I must contact It was 011 354 5141/2/3/4/5/6/7/8 which I called several times with no success. After spending R160 of airtime I don't know what more to do,pls I need help in this regard if anyone is able
