This Dealership is blessed with an Exceptionally Talented Customer centric Salesman, viz, CLEMENT BALOYI. I have never received such Excellent service in my 60 years on this Planet. He is such an honest person and a man of Integrity. I am a CERTIFIED TOYOTA MASTER SERVICE ADVISOR for the last 20 years. This guy is on another level. My family will certainly be back buying more cars from him and we will be certainly telling our family and friends about someone who can be trusted to do business with. Keep it up ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

AUTOHAUS Select Centurion NEVER send a client there, first the salesman will tell you for every client you will get R2 000 spotter fee, After your client take delivery you will hear stories from salesman then the manager I drove from Pretoria to Soweto fetching a client, the client bought a Tiguan cash after I was NEVER paid my spotter fee, everyday it was a different story. 30 days later I still haven't received my money. I'm a spotter that's how I make a living so when a big company fail to pay me what must I do? The salesman who keeps lying saying my money will be paid for over a month now, His name is Lucky Mosia

Received the best service from Solomon Motau. From parking the car he greeted me with a smile, to test driving to offering me coffee ☺️ And making the car purchase so smooth. I bought an Audi A3 from them. It gave me problems in the beginning, I had to return it couple of times to be fixed and each time I received an excellent service each time From Paul. I was given a courtesy car each time. For the fact that they were always willing to assist and that they took full responsibilities for any problems I had with the car made me to change my mind in cancelling the deal. I didn't like the attitude of the manager though he's very rude. Otherwise thanks to Lebo from Sales, Paul from service, Lee and the dealer Principal Ms Birgit 👏👏 great service, deserves a 10 out of 10

I am absolutely disgusted by the service I received when inquiring about buying a new VW Polo from Autohaus Centurion. I approached one of the sales staff on the dealer floor and started asking questions. I had my papers with me like my payslip etc so that it could be done almost immediately, however I did need finance. The sales person was very rude and short with me, like I could not afford the car. I understand they work on targets and commission but I felt really disregarded by his attitude. I asked to speak to the dealer principle, who he initially did not want to approach, she is apparently not interested in dealing with disgruntled customers if there is no guarantee of a sale. I insisted and after about 10 minutes she appeared. A white lady, very European, I think German, by the name of Birgit Savini came to the floor to speak to me. She was very uninterested in what I had to say and basically dismissed me, just like the salesman did. I have a cousin who was also treated like I was and at first I said he must be mistaken so I attempted to buy my car from them too. He was not wrong. They treated me like a poor black woman trying her luck. It is unacceptable, especially in this time, to disregard me based on my color. I thought we as South Africans were above the racial discrimination. Apparently Centurion and especially VW Autohaus in Centurion still prescribes to whites only! I will be taking this further and laying a complaint with the Motor Industry Ombudsman for further review and comment and hopefully some action. I will NEVER recommend anyone to buy vehicles from VW Autohaus or any of the other dealerships on that same corner in Lenchen Drive. Apparently it all belongs to the same owner. If they treat me like this at one, I am positive I will be treated the same way by the others. Birgit Savini, shame on you!!

I cannot believe this company still trades. The service is appalling and the staff are all racist. I have never been so humiliated before. They really do not know how to treat people of color.

I had a terrible experience with a staff member at Autohaus Centurion. Besides her being blatantly racist, she is rude and condescending. I was treated with no respect and felt quite embarrassed when I left the showroom floor. As a dealer principle she needs to learn how to speak to people and engage properly.

The first day we arrived at Autohaus Mastercars Centurion, Solomon greeted us with a smile - happy to assist us. We told him what we are looking for and he immediately showed us a few options and he was able to tell us all about the cars. As young people we are also not aware of all of the processes that need to followed when buying a car, but Solomon explained everything as thoroughly as possibly and made sure we understood what is expected from us. He turned something that could be a very daunting experience into something exciting. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone. Thank you!
