If you looking for the worst ever aftersales service then buy from this establishment. You will be **** to, accused of abusing the vehicle and having it stand for days at the dealership without anyone fixing the faults it was booked in for. In April 2024 I bought a Land Cruiser from AutoHotSpot . The same week I bought the vehicle it burned wires, I contacted the dealer to have it fixed and they agreed but this is where my bad experience started. I was accused of have driven the vehicle through deep water which caused the electrical short- after the dealer fixed the vehicle on their cost and I received it back I took it to Toyota on my cost for an inspection and they confirmed that the vehicle wasn't driven thru deep water but the fault was caused due to a lot of wires been cut and hanging loose behind the dashboard! The vehicle is currently back with them again for the 4th time. Faults on the vehicle included electrical wiring issue, ABS sensor, faulty diff lock, cracked diff. rear seat mounting point broken out and the list goes on and on...... I have been blatantly **** to when phoning regarding the progress of the repairs of the vehicle, as you have to phone them, they won't update you. The vehicle will go to them for repairs and then it just stand there for full days without anyone working on it - I can see this on my tracking system and even drove there to confirm it with the service provider they took it to. Currently the vehicle is book in for the ABS sensor and the front diff lock to be replaced on Wednesday, according to another mechanic it's a couple of hours work at the most a day. The vehicle was booked in on Wednesday, yesterday (Thursday) afternoon when I enquired where my vehicle was, I was informed that it is still at the gearbox and diff place, stripped, as they are waiting for the accessor to come out and inspect the faulty parts before it gets replaced. AutoHotSpot did ask me if they can claim it thru the extended warranty I took out and paid for when buying the vehicle, which I agreed to, but no-one informed me of the timeline e.g. waiting for the accessor to come out. I thought this will be a one-day job as I was told that the parts were ordered in advance already. I have been trying to get hold of the owner, Tiaan since the 3rd time the vehicle was there to discuss this issue I am having with the vehicle and the service I am receiving from AutoHotSpot but without any success. I don't know if his employees are trying to hide my dissatisfaction from him or if he bluntly refuses to call me back. I have asked the dealership to send me proof that the vehicle wasn't involved in an accident prior to me purchasing it from them, as I am very concerned that it was due to the amount and nature of the faults on the vehicle, but they only supp**** me with a Dekra report which they received when they bought it from We Buy Cars months before with about 1000km less on the odd! I didn't buy the vehicle from We Buy Cars! Tiaan your establishment have my contact details, phone me please to sort this issue out before I take the next step
