The most ****** place I have ever had to deal with, bought a brand new car with them with within a month car broke down busted a pipe they took it in and gave it back after a week and said it’s factory fault without another month it gave the same problem until we noticed it hated loading anything in the back imagine having a D~max that can’t carry two bags again it showed angine light and oil lights after 1st service and we stopped immediately and called them we waited in the bush for 4 hours in the dark with a 3 months baby they sent a guy opened it up and said we good to go after that nothing we voiced that we tired of the car giving troubles while it’s new the owner of the dealer told us it we don’t want the car we must trade it or sell it their service was poor each time we came for service even when the car had a problem they would give us a run around we had a small accident and insurance paid after a while the car had the previous problem they rejoiced and cancelled the warranty of the car and said since it had an accident we must never call them about anything that had to do with that car, we are sitting with a car that has problems and from the beginning they were clear but just because we black it was made clear even by the service manager that’s how they feel I even took to their head office but what goes around comes around God loves us all my hearts breaks when I look at my bakkie

Exceptional service as always . I have bought 3 vehicles from them now and the guys are just amazing . Dennis Jones the dealer principal is supper helpful goes out of his way to make sure everything is done right first time . The staff and technicians in the workshop make sure you know what's going on with your vehicle every step of the way. Fixed right first time and on time every time.

I am very angry with the poor service I receive after I have bought a car from Auto House Vryheid ISUZU, I bought a car and I was informed by sales person Siyabonga Xulu that I must pay for permit R300 and I gave him R200 cash, now I am having problem with paying for my car registration, I told him that I am from Vryheid can he pay the car at Vryheid licensing since I want to use home registration. but he refuse he sad I must do in on my side and pay for number plate. I went to licensing and I was informed that the car must be registered under Vryheid Licensing. I phone him more than 10 times to ask if he can assist, he promised to visit Licensing. I had to ask someone again to travel to Vryheid to fetch my disk and number plate, to my surprise at 16h00 when that person is in the garage. He than **** about visiting licensing and sad the was no network at licensing Vryheid the whole day. When I phoned Licensing the were operating as normal today. Poor services all they want is the sale after that customer services is poor Siyabonga Xulu

I am disgusted at autohouse vryheid workman ship on my bakki since brand new it has been back more times than i can count. The last time it has been back because the diff lock is not working so i book it in for 3jan 2020. (I stay 80km from town. So its a special trip everytime) i have the bakki there at 7:30 in the morning so i can get it done as fast as possible i am a farmer and i use my bakkie every day i get my bakki back at 14:00 after they come back from lunch. (I ask myself why couldnt i have it at 13:00 before they went on lunch nobody was working on it in lunch time anyway.) I had sent my driver and told him to show them the hand brake also has a problem which he has showed them before on services aswell. They told my driver they just fixing the difflock because i didnt say the handbrak. My question is if the bakkie is under warrenty and you can see the handbrake is broken why do you have to told to fix it? If that handbake fails and somebody can proove its because its a factory fault or isuzu fault who is going to pay? And to is the 13th jan 2020 guess what i come to put the difflock on and it DOES NOT work again i dont even know why im suprised. What must i do to get it fixed properly who is going to pay my down time, who is going to pay my time to take it to autohouse vryheid and who is going to pay my traveling costs.isuzu south africa just keeps you runing round and round in circles till you tired. This my 8th isuzu bakkie and my 1st new one but its been the first with so many problems
