Most unprofessional, rude, abusive and threating service

<p>Good day.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to complain about the rude, swearing and abusive treatment and service I received today 17 May 2016 from Shanas husband at Autopanel & Paint.</p> <p> </p> <p>After collecting my vehicle yesterday 16 May after been told for the third time its ready and it wasn't and paying in full I noticed some bad paint work. I took it back first thing this morning 17 May 2016 and that's when the abuse started.</p> <p> </p> <p>Swearing at me, telling me to F off and threatening to actually smash my vehicle up and then he will give back my R30 500.00 I paid them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have signed a lifetime guarantee on their paintwork and they refuse to complete the job and to replace my broken rear view mirror they broke.</p> <p> </p> <p>They also refuse to send me a copy of the last quote and I'm sure they are fiddling with it as we speak.</p> <p> </p> <p>They claim to have removed and painted parts that clearly have not and Shana husband (sorry don't know his name) admitted it was not. Then after that Shana said it was actually removed and painted. It clearly is not painted and again lots of grey untruthful communication and things going on at Autopanel & Paint in Pinetown.</p> <p> </p> <p>They have just added and done jobs without my consent and my initial quote of R10 000.00 escalated to R30 500.</p> <p> </p> <p>On three occasions telling me to collect it's ready over a month (Vehicle booked in on 15 May 2016) it was NOT ready and they did not do a proper job.I was actually a joke.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I would like to make people aware of Autopanel & Paint in Pinetown how badly they treat people, so vague about the work they doing or did, very unprofessional and sloppy workmanship.</p> <p> </p> <p>They actually also broke my left rear view mirror, replaced it with cheap smaller normal glass and only when I noticed it this morning did Shana admit they did brake it but never informed me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Also when I wanted to collect the vehicle on Friday 13 May the left side door window winder was broken clearly to them taking the door on and off.</p> <p> </p> <p>Actually the whole job and situation is so Doddgy and they charged me for work they did not do and clearly not a professional job at that.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not sure what to do now or what happens?
