Car Parts (1.4 Corsa Gamma)

Good evening.

I am writing to report a car spare shop ( Select Cars Sound & Autostyling) that I have chosen to use to buy the parts for my cars. This business is located at Middelburg in Mpumalanga in the following address: 24 Weeber Street, Middleburg, 1050.

I bought the parts for the ford Ranger & for the Corsa Gamma 1.4 November 2023. I did receive the parts for the Ford Ranger & only the parts for the Corsa were not delivered. I then had an agreement with the Shop Owner that he will give me cash back for the Corsa parts that were not received which is worth R2100 at the time when we calculated the amount. Up until current that amount is not yet paid to me & he is now running away from me. I had also engaged with my Lawyer to intervene. The matter is now in the small claims court. So as an alternative, may I please ask for your intervention to come in as well so that he can stop doing this to the customers. Your intervention will be highly appreciated.
