From great service to non-existant after service failure

<p>Buying a product has never been so easy 1 2 3 and it is delivered.</p> <p>The product doesn't fit, send it back and wait for close to a month to get a refund. Still, haven't.</p> <p>Continuous queries on why it's taking so long and continuous emails not responded to on their behalf and finally I am fed up with their dealings, empathy of the situation I receive but results not after numerous conversations telling me in a week, only 3 more days.</p>
