PICKING UP CALL BUT NOT SPEAKING TO CUSTOMER

Called Autozone Gezina 3 time but my call was picked up and left hanging without saying a thing but chating in the background. This is extremely shocking as I don't understand why anyone will pickup a call if they are not interested in responding to customer. I had to move on to source availability of product I was looking for from Gold wagon.

I have attached audio evidence below of second call and third I recorded, it is important issue such as this is dealth with.
