Shocking service . Ordered a couch a year ago . Paid in full . The designs and brief was not followed . Delivery was FOUR months after full payment . Client rejected as it was not at all as requested . That was day of lockdown in March . We had to purchase additional fabric at a cost of R10000. Since then excuses and lies and every week being told “ the frame is ready “ when in reality that was not the case . My client then got on board and asked help from a male friend . As we could not understand the level of disrespect and thought perhaps a male voice would be heard . It is now over a year and we have been told we still will not get out couch . Their staff is tired . Well so are we .
