Worst worst worst! Firstly you cannot purchase water anywhere as you would expect or even at your finger tips by getting into your bank app etc. Since 06:00 am this morning I have been without water and have been contacting the useless very useless call centre, which only can be accessed via Watsapp no one to directly speak to. I was told that the system is offline since this morning and that I'd be updated, but each time I keep sending the Watsapp to do a follow up it seems as though I am inconveniencing / annoying the agents that keeps answering. I was told to make payment this morning which I did, send the meter number and I did. and when the water had to be loaded nothing from 08:00 until now 17:00 I have no water and mind you I have a baby in the house, I NEED TO FLUSH MY TOILET!!@!! This system seems to be just a headache from the reviews that I am reading, why is still operating if the service it provides is this terrible!!!!!!

Honestly the worst company I have ever conducted business with. The service is absolutely shocking to start with and now customers have been waiting for 2 months for the June payments with no commitment from them as to when this will be paid! How do companies like this still exist?

Payments from Ava prepaid has not been received this month, numerous correspondence has been sent to them requesting an expected payment date with no indication from them as to when payments will be made. Every month customers must enquire and ask for payments to be made, be warned and be aware of this continues problem!!

To date we have not received our payment from Ava prepaid meters for our June tenant purchases, it is the 15th already with no feedback from them as to when we can expect our payment in our account. Every month is a struggle to get our payments!!! BE CAREFUL!!!!!!

Stay far far far away, all managing agents, trustees, and building managers. Andre from Avaprepaid promises the world in services and then they don't deliver. They are always late with payments (and that's if you follow up otherwise they won't do it). They still owe my building 2 months of water payments (from 2021!), they don't answer emails, and no direct way to speak to the accounts department. No one in the call center can put you through as well. I have tried everything, if you have a building in trouble that needs water meters DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY
