I want to make a statement regarding the way staff (myself) are treated at the company i work for Nico-e Ltd. i have been ill treated accused of being a criminal regarding having no record of any sort and have never been dismissed from a employment in my life. This company and certain head office staff namely Donovan van der Linde and his boss Leon have indirectly called me a criminal and i have been forced with no documentation to pay back and undisclosed amount of cash back to the company which i have not taken.
i feel that this can be seen as deformation of character as well as false accusations which i feel is completely inn-appropiate way in which certain individuals should of handles this manner.
Furthermore they have taken money directly from my wages without my consent and have no evidence (hause their isn't any) to justify why i have to return money that i have NOT taken.
i feel that Nico-e is a company that does not deserve support from any current or future clientele as they are also a company that makes 500% profit on their marked up products, do not take responsibility for their inferior quality, and also just poor quality products (specifically vaping liquids) and from a staff point of view their products are not worth the price.
Our company, which has more than 60 employees, has the reputation of content employees who are well treated. We were informed by the complainant’s co-workers that he was engaging in unlawful activities by amongst others not declaring and removing cash takings.
Since our systems are structured it was very simple to establish that an offense was committed. A criminal case was opened with the SAPS and the complainant has therefore been suspended pending the findings and outcome of the criminal case.
The complaint is therefore a case of a disgruntled employee who has been suspended on account of his own dishonest actions.
