Worse after sale service. I have an Limited Edition Toyota Runx Trd which was in a minor accident(drove over a tire on the highway), front spoiler and covers under the car was damaged. Insurance approved it and I requested the details of the approval from Avant Garde Auto Body, which I was ok with(May/June 2020). When I got the car back that’s where all the problems arose, Firstly Avant Garde invoiced for a center under engine cover which wasn’t replaced, when I questioned them about it they told me the vehicle don’t come with a center under engine cover(where did they get the price to quote my insurance company in the first place, if the cover don’t exist?). As the car is a Limited Edition it’s hardly drove and covid lockdown made it less possible. December 2020 I the covers under the engine were coming lose, I contacted Darren at Avant Garde as they replaced these covers and to date I got NO RESPONSE, after further investigation i seen the NEW covers were replaced with my mix match bolts I sent the car in with(surely they could of replaced the new covers with all matching bolts, or was that not included in the price), they even cut cable tires that held cables together and didn’t bother replacing it. I would NOT recommend anyone to send their vehicle to Avant Garde Auto Body, as they would tell you anything to get the business then the problems start.
