I upgraded recently from the free to the premium version. Since then I've had ongoing problems with a critical virus warning appearing on my screen over and over again, a problem I didn't have previously. Eventually I approached an IT expert who informed me that the Avast programme was *******. It seems impossible to get hold of them, there's no email address, so I haven't been able to sort this out.

Avast just debited my credit card with 3 x software's. Absa bank just accepts it was no authorisation. This is not on, every transaction processed should be authorized first. When you go onto Avast website for a refund, it just takes you on circles

Avast deducted without my permission R676.00 from my account at ABSA BANK. I paid for subscription last year R264.00 and suddenly they deducted R676.00 from my account. I do not want to renew my subscription due to the price. Their button to cancel your subscription does not work. I want full refund.

Avast deducted without my permission R676.00 from my account at Capitec.Adap 1629534322 Praque4 CZCZ. I used their free version and suddenly they deducted R676.00 from my account. Their button to cancel your subscription does not work. They show every day intrusive adverti*****t on the laptop screen and there is now way they react got it's own security program, so you there is no need for for a security program. That effect Avast profibility. I want my money back.

I have been charged R699 for a VPN renewal I did not request. As a result, debit orders are returning due to insufficient funds, I am part of a family subscription and a pensioner, so this is unacceptable. There is also no way to contact Avast. I have been trying to fix this for weeks

They are *********,uncontactable and only quick to send you an email notifying that you have subscribed for a premuim account,although you did not!!@! Debit your bank account by getting your bank details from google play app, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to speak or email anyone to get your refund, I hate AVAST !!!!

They renew your subscription without asking. They increase the amount to almost TRIPLE the initial amount. It is IMPOSSIBLE TO GET RID OF THEM. Their contact and cancellation information is being made as difficult as possible to assist. And when you are already swearing at them they still try and offer you their products. It is a horrible company. It is not a GOOD product. There are a lot that is better. They are really HELL to get rid of.

I received a newer device and Avast downloaded onto it. I did not subscribe to the service. The Avast company bombards one with pop-ups every time you use the device. My fault is that my one bank card was saved, and Avast got a hold of the account info. Now I sit with recurring declined payments, as the bank account is not one, I use often. This is a pest. I went to the Avast site to see whether I have any subscriptions, but there is none. Remove this pest from my banking details!!!!!! I have logged issues with the company a few times, but it seems that they don't even have customer support. BAN AVAST. Ironically, they advertise:" We protect digital freedom for everyone." HAH.
