I requested a service from Avela Global and had the worst experience. They assigned a consultant whom they claimed was their employee, but this person wasted two hours of my time and failed to deliver the promised service. Despite this, I was still charged R8.00 for a call-out fee and travel time, which I find completely unacceptable.
I expected professionalism and reliable service, but unfortunately, my experience was frustrating and a waste of time. I hope this feedback encourages them to improve their service and be more accountable to clients.
