AVG IS A **** AVOID
AVG is a ****, I paid for a product more than 3 weeks ago and i could install it because of "technical difficulties' on their side. I then requested for a refund which I was promised to get in 10 working days from the 25th October 2025. This is my order ID: #AGAP2118240663 I have been making constant follow ups but up to now nothing, there are saying there are technical issues with my refund, so over 3 weeks they can debit accounts but cant refund. Technical issues happen only when you have to install the product or get you refund? Why dont they occur when they debit accounts. These guys have no face just hiding behind the keyboard. They do not want to commit to an SLA or timeline. I would advise anyone not to buy anything from these guys rather go for MCaffe or any alternative product.

DOWN...............WITH AVG APP very annoyed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I purchased this AVG APP as my phone has some Malware on it. I bought this AVG APP 26/05/2024 thinking it would fix my phone but my phone seems worse off since downloading this AVG APP, a consultant from AVG, Babitha Palani case # 21294822 sent an email wanting to assist but did not and never heard from him again. I have requested a REFUND on numerous occasions since the purchase and now no communication this is BAD service and they where quick to take my money so people do not download this AVG APP

AVG keeping us save.
There are several antivirus software product on offer. Free antivirus software downloads offers very basic protection, but it definitely protects your PC or cellphone from known viruses. AVG also offers Computer protection, Web & E-mail protection with their "Antivirus Free" download. The company also allows the user to keep on using the free software, should U choose to do so and for as long as U want. Free antivirus software is simply a marketing tool, companies use, to drive sales. Malware, Worms, Spyware, Ransomeware and a host of others nasty threat's, usually require paid protection. I have used AVG over the years, and it's certainly one of the top antivirus software programs out there. The human interface is easy to understand and use, but not the most exciting. If U like lots of bells and whistles, AVG is not for U. Customer support and after sales support, is as expected, very efficient. The only issue I have with AVG, is the fact that the software does not run in conjunction with Microsoft Defender. Avira and Total AV antivirus software programs works in conjunction with Microsoft Defender. One big happy family. Thanks for keeping us save AVG

AVG Can Pop Off!
I am receiving constant sales popups that disrupts my workflow throughout the day! I even received an email from AVG wanting feedback on my interaction with one of their sales people... I did not receive any communication! If it was not for all these pesky popups and misleading requests to use their other products, I might have considered to renew. I am rather using a different competing product that is both cheaper and offers all the other goodies at the lesser amount. What a treat!

Can anyone please tell me why software protection such as AVG off a FREE trial period yet that FREE trial period will not be activated unless you supply your banking details, right down to the 3 digits on the back??????? That sounds like a contradiction to me!!!!!!

PLEASE PEOPLE DONT TAKE OUT AVG PRODUCKS ONLINE ARE OVER THE COUNTER YOU HAVE NO CLAIM TO CANCEL THIS THE HEAD OFFICE IS ALL OVER THE WORLD AND THEY WILL NOT ASSIT YOU AT ALL THEY HAVE TAKEN R999 OUT OFMU ACCOUNT

AVG software by AVG Technologies, trading under Digital River Island Ltd
I am using AVG's Anti Virus software which is free. I do not use any others nor have made a contract for any other. On 17/10/20 I received a notification that my "contract for AVG Ultimate has been renewed" for R 999.00 per annum and charged to my credit card account. I immediately complained to AVG and received a reply that my account, order no 83946535500, would be reimbursed within 5 - 7 business days. That did not happen and I have numerous times complained to no avail. Please help. I am a pensioner and cannot afford such expenses.
