I paid via Pay Fast for a 2 day course with Andrew Smith . The event would have taken place on the 22nd & 23rd June at Centurion Country Club Conference Center which is located on John Vorster Avenue in Centurion. It would have started at 9:00am sharp and until about 6:00pm. On the 13th of June I received a Whatsapp stating the course has been postponed. Since then I have not had information about the postponement and I have sent communication via Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp, Email and via Phone call. On the 2nd of July he asked what bank I am with and then blocked me on Facebook and does not take any calls from me, reads my Whatsapps and does not respond. I want my money refunded as I am no longer interested in attending any courses presented by him or his company.

AWS Installed a new geyser when ours burst. Their plumber did the installation and it was not compliant. When I asked them to send a new plumber (they fired the last one) they did but refused to approve the quote - although they had admitted their error and committed to repairs. The manager Mark blocked my called and did not answer my email or messages over a month period. I then contact his wife who is the owner of the company. She said she would help when they hired a new plumber. Then then blocked me and when I called her on another line she said she would no longer finish the job because I had asked the plumber to share the quote with me. Her words when I threatened to go to the small claims court: 'go for it'. Another plumber has confirmed the the installation AWS did is non-compliant and dangerous.

This company fraudulently deducted R1 000 from my bank account. I immediately stopped my card and reported the fraud to my bank. I then contacted Amazon Web Services Cape Town via their website. You can't imagine how hard it is to get into contact with these people. No telephone number or email address available on their website, so I had to create an account just to be able to chat to someone online. They send you a reply to your email address, but you can't reply back because it is a no-reply inbox. You have to once again struggle to get logged into their website with all the capcha nonsense and only then can you send a reply. It's ridiculous. They asked for the transaction ID for this charge that went off my card. They could not locate it with the first transaction ID the clerk at the Capitec branch provided and they also could not locate the charge with the transaction ID provided by Capitec's Fraud Department. Highly suspicious or not? I guess it is easier to just say sorry, we took your money and now there's nothing you can do about it. Please be careful in doing any business with this company.

Stay away from this scam. The "FREE" product is not FREE. I signed up for the FREE Tier product for a EC2 cloud server I wanted to try a game server on. I set it up, then realized it was in East America and deleted it having used the FREE Tier for about a hour. I then tried to create a Cape Town server but it would not let me. So I thought I would leave the account since I had deleted my EC2 instance. Now a month later I get billed R571.00 for a FREE product, deducted automatically from my bank and with no power to stop it because they deviously force you to give bank details upfront for a "FREE" product then bill you with no warning and not even a small amount but R571.00 what for? There is NOTHING running? Now trying to get hold of ANYONE about it is impossible. Since i deleted my account to prevent further theft of my money, every attempt to contact them requires me to login, even there link that is meant for clients that have issues logging in which replies saying due to security protocols they can't access whats required without you logging in. Convenient hey, sorry we stole you money and because you deleted your account and stopped us from stealing more we are no longer able to attempt to get your money back for you!

I'm not very happy with AWS. They did not make it very clears the charges relating to the services that I signed up for. The account was suspended but they are still charging me every month. I sent them an email asking to close my account. They sent me instructions on how to removed the services but the instructions appeared not to work

If you want horrible service and people who REFUSE to answer your questions that deal with AWS. My account was compromised and instead of freezing and terminating services they sent me a bill of ZAR 17,791.27. I kept asking and asking for assistance and they are practically useless. After weeks, I am giving up and they can go to hell. They are not assisting in deleting the account either. These people either don't understand english or they simply just refuse to help so that they can collect money for **** I did not use. Their support is beyond pathetic. I don't know tif these people don't ****en understand english because they cannot even answer a simple question. They close tickets even though you send support request. Be careful if you use their service. UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, **** CUSTOMER SERVICE
