Marcus Venter who advertise rent to own vehicles is a scam. He steals your money and disappears.

Marcus Venter advertised rent to own vehicle on Facebook and we contacted him to use his service. We contacted him on whatsupp, and he replied with how it worked. Just comminucates with you through whatsupp and not once phoned us and if we phoned him his excuse was that he was busy. Paperwork was send and we had to pay a deposito of R3500 after everything was approved. We did and for us it was not suspicion. He even kept in contact with us for 1 more day telling us the vehicle is in for a vallet and after that let us know that we will have it in few hours time. We waited and he never showed up. Blocked us and never heard of him again. Reported it as fraud by Standard Bank and went to the SAPS for Affidavit. He still uses the same cellphone number ********** 278. What can we do?? We can't just let this fraudster get away..
