My encounter with ultimate cars as a designated insurance service provider has not only been disappointing but the level of honesty and integrity of business ethics and procedures is outright disgusting. On the 9th March 2022 I had an accident and my car was towed away on the same day. On the 15th March 2022 I was notified of the damages of my vehicle and thereafter, what was the steps that was taken and the service provider that my car was towed to, which was Ultimate cars in Prospecton Durban. They had communicated with me via email as well as telephonically and ensured that my car would be given to me by the 15th April 2022. Due to the floods that had occurred on the 12th April 2022. I did not receive my car on the date given understandbly so, even though I had followed up in weeks to come after the floods occurred, I was then told there was no water damage, and my car was indoors throughout the time period of the floods, thereafter I requested to see and inspect my vehicle for water damage as I was worried being a resident of durban, I knew the severity of the floods, on that note, they refused to let me view my vehicle. I thereafter had to contact my insurance and have them send an assessor to assist me to view and gain access to my vehicle. Upon inspection it was discovered that my car had been severely water logged and the interior of the car was damaged and so was the undercarriage and other components on my car and this was not communicated to me by any means. Thereafter upon inspection a back smash was visible that was not there prior to booking the car in. It was then brought to my attention, that because of the water damage my car was stripped to nothing without my consent. And in emails sent the damages on the car progressed from Tyre level, pedal level then gear level. There was no reports stating the damages caused by the water to the electronics and mechanically and even though I kept questioning them about it. They thereafter assured me that they will sort all issues out upon return of my vehicle. Once I viewed my car again, I was totally unhappy and dissatisfied with the service provided. Again they had promised they would sort everything out to my satisfaction. Once I have received the car from Ultimate cars, I directly sent my car, to Toyota for a service, they then had notified me that my wiper and air-conditioning on the car no longer was in working order. I have contacted ultimate cars and they refuse to take responsibility of the damages on the vehicle, while the vehicle was in their possession. My vehicle was in Ultimate cars posssesion for just over 4 months, with them always saying that it would be ready soon, and I was left with not even a courtesy vehicle until the last week, as I was totally unhappy and went into a meeting with them stating the inconveniences they are causing me. With that being said I would not expect any problems, electronically, physically and mechanically wrong with my vehicle, now I may face more uncer*****y as they have not been upfront with me from the beginning. When I refuse to take the car they told me there is nothing they can do and that's what they were asked to do via the insurance reports yet the car had been in their possesions all this time. I am totally unhappy with the workmanship on my car and I have no piece of mind that my electronics and mechanical work has not been affected. I would like ultimate cars to take responsibility of what they did, but they just seem to be dishonest everytime i question them about my car.

This is the most pathetic car panelbeaters. Cars stay up to 6 months without being touched i don't know how insurance companies associate themselves with them because they will definitely lose clients.

In March 2022 ultimate cars prospection had been chosen by my insurance company King price which I had no involvement or choice in . A week goes by In March with no Communication from your business on the progress of my vehicle I then decide to take a drive to your premises and when entering your business I asked to view my vehicle I was told that it's been stored in a storage facility up the road TFM Customizing. I then make my way up to the storage only to find for a week my car had not been touched or worked with as yet . I then recieve a sms the next day after visiting n enquiring that it is in now in stripping lol funnily 2 weeks then passed. Kzn was then affected by the rains and being worried about my vehicle for days I have been trying to contact the facility enquiring about my vehicle . Finally I phone my insurance and the say they will get ahold of ultimate cars. I then recieve a email from my insurance saying that ultimate cars had been affected by the floods but all vehicles were safe only your machinery had been affected and that there will be a futher week waiting because of this delay . Yesatday the 26th of April 2022 I was told by ultimate cars that my car had been affected by the flood at the premises but the water was only pedal height so they are sending the cars for a auto valet. Something made me jump in my vehicle right away and go to the premises and guess what just like any other lieing ****ty business I make my way to my vehicle and see that your idea of pedal height water is definitely the wrong idea . Maybe it's something your are scamming all the customers into believing because the evidence and video records I have of my vehicle when arrived to your premises shows the car had been submerged in water and filled up till the steering wheel . My car is ruined . Owner of ultimate cars trinolin has been lieing to me about my vehicle all along . When you enter the premises the staff is busy trying to strip all the vehicles that have been affected by the flood imagine till yestaday after that many months what's more sad is that you have not even opened one ***** to repair or any signs of repairs been made to my vehicle thus far . What's worst is I'm one of the few victims who did not take my insurances word even when your company passed on false information telling them my vehicle was not affected . Why lie to people ? Why be sly ? We work hard for our money only to notice how damaged my vehicle and other vehicles that have been water logged sitting there for days . You could not make one repair on my car this far yet you can arrange all the Cars to be cleaned and auto valets because you are not disclosing to the clients and people how badly their car had been submerged in water . The public and social media needs to know about such people and business as this is wrong and unjust. I have no relationship with you and it's my insurance that I have been paying all along . The problem here is the unfair dishonest people like you we are forced to deal with and come across because of my insurance. Upon viewing my car Mr Trinolin had become very arrogant and got defensive when I had taken pictures of the evidence and had wanted to lock us into the premises as our unannounced presence had interuppted their venture in getting the cars cleaned . How is one suppose to take peoples words for it . How does being submerged foot pedal height be compared to the entire engine and car being submerged covering the steering height of the vehicle be the same as what you are trying to brush it of as . I walk around my vehicle got evidence and can clearly see the damages . My headlights were full with water , engine full of mud and sand pipes all corroded my seats inside completely covered in mud and many other faults that I cannot even tell that could now be wrong . The reason for this article is to make people aware of how businesses like this can manipulate and lie to you. If I had not gone there yestaday I would be in the dark like the many other people's cars there who's probably not even aware of the level of water the car was actually submerged in and that is scary . Is this the kind of sneaky business you run ? To lie to the public and customers ? Please be alert if you had a vehicle for repairs at ultimate cars prospection for repairs over this rainy period chances of them really showing you how badly affected and submerged your car had been in the water while on their propery and premises or even at the storage at TFM where all the cars that just arrive get stored in chances are very slim that.you will know the true damage and level of water your car had been exposed to unless you had pitched up in time before they had cleaned and cleared the ****** scene . This is nothing personal but being lied to having a car now that was completed submerged in water till dash board heigh and sitting in water firstly I never owned a car or sent a vehicle that had been that exposed to water like that before . Also I cannot accept your disgusting lies and how you opperate. This is a major problem and soon when other all realize the business this is and how the extent you'll have went through to cover up and lie. Standing in front of trinolin made my see how there was so much that was being hidden. But i speak for my self and something will be done . I have all supporting evidence and written emails that come from your company in writing saying my vehicle was not affected to now finding out my dam car had been swimming . You feel nothing for the people who have to work their whole life to afford a vehicle yet you a big business with insurances to take care of such events. So why lie ? Why's still auto valet the vehicles quickly ? You will not be there when my undercarriage is rotting years down the line or I have electronic faults that can endanger the life's of myself n my family . Further more people should be aware as water damage is something that is of high interest. You are there busy camouflaging and lieing to the clients like me about my car being submerged in water . From no damage to foot pedal height and to make my way there and notice it was pass the steering . Videos pictures don't lie and this is bull**** . I will make sure.i fight till the end and I call upon anyone who also mayb had a vehicle at ultimate cars over this rainy period please check your vehicle and inspect it properly before taking it back because personally this is what happend to me and it is completely unjust. Big company like Toyota being your neighbour's in prospection had to recall their cars because of the severity of water damage n being submerged can do to a vehicle you get a company like this who can just think it's okay to tell the customers they have not been affected and their car is safe while the whole ****ing car was submerged completely what **** is that ? Is this even fair? My insurance being so slow also took your word for it when they enquired or mayb its a partnership thing who knows. But your emails the videos of my car the progress you so called was making on my vehicle contradicts it's self . Pathetic service.... never answer calls even tho insurance job. Place full of mockery . Drive all the way to prospection only to be lied to that my car is still in stripping for 3 weeks now. When I go there they store your cars in other facilities. Now with the recent floods it's sad that you never answer your calls yet we are worried about our vehicle . I will not accept any waterlogged vehicle back from your business . Will also be getting inspectors to investigate for flooding of my vehicle . Most pathetic service and no promise to time keeping. What a waste

They claim to be selling cars ,they are crooks needed to be found and be imprisoned. That's Bonga Wole and Jason Jason claimed that he is the manager of the company they ask me to deposit the money Idid 28500 for huyandai gets now they are avoiding me.im taking the case to the police

My vehicle had to undergo panelbeating repairs and the thought of going through this process was stressful. My vehicle had to undergo panelbeating repairs and the thought of going through this process was stressful.
