BAD SERVICE

Worse service I received, I am so shocked. I booked a diagnosis online for 16/07 and signed their quotation, when I arrived I was told that they no longer use the online booking; and was even informed that the technicians only start arriving at 9:30 and the diagnosis technician arrives at his own time. The receptionist was so nonchalant and did not even apologize.
