Bad service from Baby Benefits UIF made easy

I used Baby Benefits UIF made easy to help me with my claim in 2020. Till this day I have not received any communication or money for my maternity benefits from UIF. I dealt with Cindy. I had to hunt her down for the basics of getting my information ready and responses, dealing with her was so difficult, she was hardly available. She blamed everything on Covid yet her doors were still open and she still took my money. She never even checked on me to see if I got my money from UIF or if the claim went through. She literally disappeared after sending me a reference number, which I already had. If you think UIF is stressful, please don't solicit the services of this woman, I feel scammed and left with nothing, at least going via UIF is free and your money won't go down the drain.
