Please can they refrain from calling me!!! I do not need or require their services and would not like to make use of them either. And how do they get my details anyway? Doesn't the POPIA fall in place?

My previous internet supplier went under and was sold to these people. I had to then manually pay my account for three months and had to push them to be put onto a debit order. Around the same time, I noticed our speeds dropping (we were on a 100mb fiber line using them as an ISP and Openserve as the provider). Soon after establishing a debit agreement, we went down without internet 3.5 hours, and I found out that all the clients of the previous provider who were migrated over had the same issue. LanIine's Technician didn't seem to know what was happening at the time and couldn't give me any estimate of when it would be resolved. Then I found that there were a lot of other ISPs that were more competitive in their pricing, and it seemed to me that Lanline/backspace were more of a VOIP provider, so I contacted Lanline and asked for a cancellation, to which they said they would look into fixing the speeds. 3 weeks later and a great deal of my time wasted and still zero improvement. Again, we went down in one week, over 3 instances during my business work hours for a total of over 10 hours of lost work time for my business, totaling 10's of thousands in lost revenue for me and again I asked to cancel and that they debit me one last time on the 7th (This I requested on the 4th) and then try to terminate swiftly after so that I can move over to another ISP so that I can continue to operate my business, to which they responded saying they'll debit me now and again at month end and that they won't release me until then. To sum it up, we had roughly 24 hours of down time over a 3-week period, with nearly half of this during business operation hours and they refused to allow for early termination when they are causing me to lose revenue. So I'm locked into using their terrible service for another 3 weeks and still paying for it for this and next month. Heartless and appalling people!
