I recently shared a review regarding Bacon Bikini's poor customer service. I would now like to share that this issue was resolved satisfactorily and Bacon Bikinis reached out to apologise and refunded the purchase in full.

If I could give zero stars i would! This business has no customer care. They do not respond to emails and the phone is constantly on a recording so you cannot get hold of anyone. The product is shocking! Not what is promised at all but try do an exchange, or get a refund. What a joke! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

If I could give zero stars i would! This business has no customer care. They do not respond to emails and the phone is constantly on a recording so you cannot get hold of anyone. The product is shocking! Not what is promised at all but try do an exchange, or get a refund. What a joke! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

Honestly this should be a zero star review!!! Firstly received an incomplete order, with excuses about moving warehouses and stuff not being packed properly. Then the absolute shocking lack of communication, Candice was very quick to send a courier to collect items for return, but I've been waiting 3 weeks already for my refund! This is poor business practice and quite honestly amounts to theft!!! Disgraceful!

Then the absolute shocking lack of communication, Candice was very quick to send a courier to collect items for return, but I've been waiting 3 weeks already for my refund! Horrifying. I paid for express shipping, and it arrived 10 days later. They said that shipping dates only count from when they process the order. NOT how it is supposed to work. My bikini arrived only after my holiday. I gave them a second chance and bought a bikini top; it BROKE after 3 hours of wearing it. The underwire broke through, poking me. Im an AA cup; if the underwire can't hold my lack of ****s, then it can't hold anything bigger than a flat chest. I emailed them, and no response. No wonder they don't have a Google page to leave reviews.

I was extremely excited to go to BB for the first time this weekend. Unfortunately it was VERY short lived, I visited the store in Table Bay Mall and was met by staff that were completely disinterested/***********. My first question was "How do the sizes work?" and the response was "I don't know, you'll just have to try them on to figure it out". I spent over 1.5hrs in the store trying on over 20 different styles/colours etc and not once was approached by either sales assistant for help. I was determined to find something so badly that my husband was running around picking up different sizes/styles out for me and helping me put them on while the 2 sales reps stood around chatting. While I commend any local brand that is size inclusive, I simply do not believe that most cuts actually provide support for anyone above a XL. While I loved some of the designs I could not find one bikin top that was comfortable while providing even a slight amount of support. (As a side note, my top was only a XL).

Shocking returns and customer service. After waiting a week for someone to get back to me, basically begging and pleading for an answer they respond and organize collection for the return. The item gets collected 10 days ago and today I notice the money is still not in my account. No one bothered to tell me anything either. After contacting they said yes they received it and will be processed soon. So it’s been almost 25 days and I still don’t have my money back??? Will I ever get my money? The business owner Candice makes this company seem like such a safe trusting place but in reality they really are not. You don’t get help. You don’t get your money back. I don’t even have the item. And to top it off, the staff at the Table View shop are so judgy and miserable. I felt very uncomfortable at the store shopping

I found the process to be unpleasant- Returns and refunds were NOT easy, I had to keep following up the whole process- 6 weeks waiting for the exchange, very little communication from Bacon Bikinis, staff leaving, ladies on leave, all part of the email excuses-when I requested a refund after giving up on ever receiving the return- refund took 8 days to reflect in my account (and I had to email a second time to ask when it will be received?) no ladies, I don’t think this is good service? Even a follow up email to let me know refund was done would have made me feel better about the whole deal.
