Submitted my order on September the 11th. It's not so much that I haven't received my order yet, it's that getting someone to give you a progress update is an endless struggle. It's always an excuse with a promise to phone you back. Big thumbs down from me, communication needs a lot of improvement. I will never again place an order with Best Clothing. This is the 2nd and last time.

We had an unpleasant client experience with the owner Wendy Crous. Upon requesting her insight on a size of hat we were ordering (asking for the same fit as a previous hat of a different style), she simply ordered the size specified without giving any advice on the sizing deferential between styles and manufacturers - even though this request was written in my email in bold and underlined. The fit of the delivered hats were WAY TOO small. She later said these hats were made to fit a 56cm head - I measured our employees' heads and they don't fit 4 of our employees whose heads measure 55/56cm or my own of 55cm. So not only did she not assist with advice when requested, but she also takes no responsibility that these hats are in fact - SMALLER than they actually specify in their sizing guide! The sizing is not accurate at all. I feel Wendy should have been a lot more helpful and taken this up with the manufacturer (Hearwear24) and sorted this out with us amicably. Instead of taking any responsibility for this mishap and offering to rectify the issue in a fair way (I actually offered to pay cost plus 10% admin fee to re-order even though I don't think the fault lies with us - she refused), she basically said we can take our business elsewhere and that she didn't feel "comfortable" in dealing with us further. But of course not, who would feel "comfortable" with a client who calls you out on your oversight and your manufacturer's erroneous sizing, when you choose to put pride before client satisfaction. I do not recommend dealing with this company as a result - they are unscrupulous.
