Bad service and attitude from Bakers biscuits

It's to think that everyone loves bakers biscuits but sometimes the quality of the package is not good at all, I purchased biscuits from Saverite supermarket a few months back n to my annoyance the packet inside the box was open therefore the Chockits biscuits was stale so I immediately contacted Bakers on email and informed them but to my annoyance they did not bother till today to take an interest in the fact that I am complaining about their biscuits, Bakers biscuits are the best but their services are questionable, since they to think that no one will post their story, so watch out for Bakers they can rip you off sometimes and give you stale biscuits, and not reimburse you as well they do not reply to emails either, extremely bad service
