Bad service

I placed an order on October 25th and I paid for it,they set the order takes 7 to 14 working days a month later I send a WhatsApp asking how far my order is they said they had back log which I understood and that they are busy with my order no communication was coming from their side as a form of update so I had to keep sending WhatsApps to check and I send a WhatsApp sometime during the week and they said the order is done they just don't have my address because the person that was using the phone isn't working there anymore I then send my address nothing was said I send a message saying if I'm not going to receive my order this week they going to have to refund me and my message was blueticked
