I was ****** at their tollgate , it's been two months now they haven't refunded me . They charged me R355 instead of R99 and I have been sent from pillar to post when I want my refund. They are just ****** who wants to make money by robbing people

I drove past the toll plaza and the guy who assisted me is Thabo who told the don't accept my bank card and told me to go and wait for management that I a had to reverse my vehicle and waited for an hour after was told I need to go and withdraw money to walk and come back that took me 20 mins ,what kind of horrible and incompetency is this ,such horrible service

Permeability your card machine is not working. at the tollgate from Pretoria to Beits lt is working at every gate. I travel 4 times a week and the cars is standing there because of ot if people don't have cash. Explain why we need to pay if you are not able to assist with your card machine is mot working? Then the cashier's os looking if it is your fault. It is your company who want money but cannot provide the card machine to be able to pay with the cards. The cashier's is damaging your card swipe ot up and down the whole time faster and slower. It os mot the card it is your system. Sort it out and stop making it our problem for your system that is kot working bit expect payment for it.

On 03/01/2025, travelling West on the Bakwena N4 highway on my motorcycle. Doornpoort Mainline west toll gate. The boom opened, and I proceeded but before I could pass the boom gate, it closed on top of my head. Since I do have an E-tag, it should not have closed again. My helmet was damaged and I completed an incident form at the toll gate. A week later, I finally got hold of a lady named Ilze Kleynhans. She admitted negligence after looking at the recorded footage. Apparently, that specific lane is not suitable for motorcycles and that an appropriate sign should have been displayed. After many promises I still don't have any payment for damage caused to my Arai helmet. It should not happen to anyone. I could've been injured badly

On 03/01/2025, travelling West on the Bakwena N4 highway on my motorcycle. Doornpoort Mainline west toll gate. I’ve been using Bakwena toll plaza at marikana twice a day for the past 2weeks. I checked my bank statement and on each account my card was swiped atleast 2 extra times than necessary. At first I thought it was a mistake from the person who was assisting but it’s a recurring issue on all the dates that I used the toll gate. Which only leads me to believe that some of the people working there are ******.

Humanity in a country where women and children die everyday is more important than taking a bribe MA'AM. I missed a turn yesterday and found myself at Kwena tollgate without cash to pass. I don't use tollgates often to know the rules. At 23:57 PM 17 December 2023. I entered a card paying gate which the lady on shift told me that I had to pay R6.00 to pass, payment options were either cash or credit card, after telling the lady that I only had debt card and no cash she still refused to open for me. After seeing how concerned and how desperate I was she gave me a choice to pay her R50 bribe just to pass. This is wrong and needs to STOP. It was just R6.00 ma'am, I didn't have to bribe you. Capitec: R50.00 was paid to 0728085564.
