Bought a tap this morning, fitted it and it leaked, tool it off to return it. Lo and behold they don't refund or exchange this item . Got told that I must turn off the tap. Also to fit tape ,had done all of that . On closer inspection I found that even the thread for the hose is of inferior quality. Non of the adaptors fit. Almost the same price as builders ,was just closer. Well that is the last time that shop will ever see me or my money . Typical bunch of *******

n 01/10/2024 just before closing when we wanted to pay we were accused by one of the employees for something we did not do. A few weeks back we wanted to buy party poppers but we did not know what colours the poppers are because they are written in chinese. We tried all the employees and asked if they know the colours and nobody knew and nobody really cared. One friendly staff member was willing to help and opened one of the poppers to see. Today, a few weeks later, another employee accused us and started shouting and said we are the ones that opened the poppers and damaged her products. She then went on and said we had a bad attitude and she never apologised for falsy accusing us. My girlfriend told them that every year her schools spends thousands of rands here for their yearly concert and doesn't appreciate that they falsely accuse us, but all the employees started laughing at her and ridiculed her for saying that as if they are saying it is impossible. Why would someone falsely accuse someone infront of other customers without any evidence, they have CCTV cameras why don't they use it? Why loose a customer over a party popper that is listed R35? Don't buy here they don't appreciate you as a customer rather buy at Wonder store or General store that is not that far away. If the owner is reading this please reach out so that we can discuss this with her I don't think she wants people working for that treats her customers in this way.

I am beyond disgusted and upset... First we purchase a nail dust collecting machine - we get home, plug it in and the fan doesn't even work. We then return the machine (fully aware of no refund), then decide to look for a playmate for my daughter to play on... One of those huge colorful foam like ones witj pictures etc on. We get home, excited tonmake use of it - and then.... Open it up - only to discover it has already been torn in one spot and due to we presume being old and rolled up for a while - it seems to have perished and is bubbling. We take it back, they refuse to exchange it! They accuse my 64 year old mother of breaking/damaging it herself 😡😠 My poor mom was left utterly irate and peed off, they were so rude!! You will not be seeing us again ever... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

We had a very unsatisfactory experiance with the manager and staff at the BalaBala chinese shop, located in the Willows Crossing Shopping Center, 570 Rossouw St, The Willows, Die Wilgers, Pretoria, 0184. Another shopper and I found telescopes on their shelf, advertised with their own printed barcode, for R50. Now this being a chinese shop that sells a lot of "cheap" toys, we didn't think anything of this. When we got to the till, giddy with the prospect of our find, we were met with the cashier telling us that this item scans at over R600... Doublechecking the barcode, we found that it all matched and we confirmed, more than once, that the barcode we saw on either the shelf and the product matched perfectly. When confronted with their mistake, the manager on duty refuses to come out of the back office to see us. The cashier just keeps on telling us that "the manager doesn't speak english very well" and "IF you want the telescope you have to pay the R600 price or you can leave it"... The cashier also refuses to give us the managers name. In conclution, IF you buy anything from this shop and see the price on the shelf, don't automatically assume that it's the price you are going to pay.
