BAD,BAD,BAD
Don't recommend. They install a LNB that costs R499.00 for the price of R1990.00, cut cables that were working and replace with new cables unnecessary. Stay away from these guys. Ask for quote and goggle for prices before agreeing with installation/repair work

Absolutely the most shocking service. A quote of R350 ended up costing R4849. They did not inform us of the cost before happily installing an optical eye of R1990 aswell as cable for R1550. Labor of R550 and the Call Out Fee was R350. They would not leave until they had proof of payment. Do not deal with these *******s. It's just disgusting!!!!!

Overcharged
They overcharged us ridiculously expensive Would not recommend to anyone Was not given a formal quote beforehand,they decided to go ahead with it anyway In some instance's, through a quick Google search was found that we were charged 100* the value of the item being replaced.

Balcare Installations - Bogus Company
Balcare Installations (also allinstallations) pretends to be an accredited DSTV installer. I requested support with a DSTV error after which they replaced the optical eye (cheap version LNB502) whilst charging me R1999.00 for it. When questioning them about the invoice (total amount of R4703 for the replacement of the LNB optical eye) they came with long stories and did not want to leave until payment is done. Eventually I had to make the payment (big mistake from my side) after which I called Wein (the person in charge). Then things just went from bad to worse. He could not even understand that I am questioning his difference in the price for a LNB replacement (R4703) versus a full DSTV installment of R3700.00. Upon further investigations, it transpired that they/he is not an accredited DSTV installer. Further to that, his address is also a bogus address. In conclusion, do not make use of this bogus service provider (if you can call them that). They will take your money and off they go. I am the fool in this story. Should have been more careful from the beginning.
