I bought 5 piece bedroom set that cost 36 000, I first paid 18000 on the 17 May 2023 and paid 18800 including 800 delivery on the 18 June 2023. On the 20th of November I received an email that I must expect a delivery during the month end of November, till to date they didn't deliver. When I try to call them their phone is no longer going through and they are not answering my emails.

Balcombs I ordered mirrored pedestals in May till now it's November when I tried calling them, their phones are not working and their website and Facebook accounts are deleted. They are ******* and have disappeared with a lot of people's monies without any remorse.

I placed an order for Dining Set since 1 of April 2023 paid in full and they have failed to deliver up until this day have been patient with them but they keep on telling lies, been promised a refund since 28 September that the money will be in my account on 30th of October, but ever since then I have been getting excuses after excuses

I will suggest that everyone stays away from this company. I have ordered furniture of R80 000 in June 2023. It has been 4 Months and they still did not deliver my Furniture. We have contacted the Company and all we receive is excuses. I was forced to forward this matter to my laywer and gave the owners Trevor and Wayne till Thursday the 19. to deliver what they promised and pay the remaining ammount back into my account. They are unprofessional, not answering calls or e-mails. They have excuses the whole time and never do what they say. I will be waiting for Thursday and then I will make sure that they never do this to anyone again!

I bought a book case in October 2022 and to-date i have not received it. I have been told lies ftom day 1, given lame excuses on lack of delivery and i have requested a refund and nothing has happened. @Trevor and Shaun, you must deliver on peoples orders, this is hard earned money.

I have ordered Winston bedroom suite worth R23 995.01 8th February 2022. I was promised it will be ready for delivery in 3 weeks and that is when I will pay delivery fee. After 4 weeks I called them to follow up on when is the delivery, I was told they have backlog due to covid. I kept on emailing them every month only to get electronic respond. And I have been calling every 2 weeks always promising. In July 2022 when I call Balcombs I was told they will buy same furniture from other shop I refused as I don't know if the quality is the same. Later that month I became fed up and ask for refund and got my refund form end of August. On the 2nd September I filled the refund form and send it back to them. When I called in September they promised I will get my money back month end September.... Still received nothing, called in October promised I will get money back month end. Till today every month when I call them I get promised refund monthend. I am always the one calling them, they never called or send me emails
