DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!
I was verbally abused and physically threatened by Noel when questioning panel alignment which is way out and told its normal. It is definately not. He was unbelievably hostile and aggressive and swore at me relentlessly. He offered to give me back my money and would damage my car in the process. I didn't want that, I just wanted him to straighten the panel he repaired. Do yourself a favour, avoid the headaches, verbal abuse and threats of assault. Go though your insurance. A NO invoice, cash only type of business.

Owner needs a lesson on behaviour
Terrible experience. The owner Noel changed the pick up time of the vehicle numerous times and then swore at me and my employees. Would not recommend taking anything to him to fix.

Bad customer service and final job results
My woman took her car into this business had 2 take it back twice in 2 weeks the 3rd time we took the car back for him to finish up with the final job he started to get extremely rude and aggressive towards both of us, he doesn't care at all about customer service or final job result. Highly disgusted with customer service and final results!

AVOID BALLITO SCRATCH AND DENT FOR YOUR VEHICLES PANEL BEATING REPAIR
<p>The owner Noel at Ballito Scratch and Dent does not care about the final fit of your repaired vehicle. Despite claiming to be an approved repair shop for Audi vehicles it is not. Clips were left off the installation of a brand new Audi bumper, the installation was done incorrectly and never rectified. Full payment was made for the work completed. Audi appraised the vehicle and said due to the shoddy work the vehicle was worth R12000 Rands less. When I told Noel I would write a negative review he threatened me.</p> <p> </p> <p>DO NOT USE BALLITO SCRATCH AND DENT FOR YOUR VEHICLE REPAIR IN BALLITO</p>
