Ballito Self storage is a **** if you are black

I booked and paid even the deposit, I came in and paid for January and I confirmed that I would be taking my things at the end of January at the office i told the People face-to-face that I would be moving my things.. and now I am being told that I will not get my deposit back because I did not use WhatsApp to inform that I am moving my things... Tell me when did WhatsApp become formal communication that is worth more than my self being present in your office... I am just being taken advantage of as a poor black man because if I have the same skin color as the owner my notice would be heard when said it in person 😡🤬
