Bank of Lisbon bad service

I have to say that Bank Of Lisbon has very bad service when they receive all documents on 21 november 2018, still waiting for the major to verify and sent to GEPF when phoning they are either off line or saying the major hasent sent it yet she will sent him a whatsapp to hear whats hold up. up to date 3 December 2018 no feedback and still documents hasent been sent
