Prejudice experienced at the original barber shop at gateway mall. Durban.
They gave me such a horrible service on 23 December. I waited to have my 2 boys have a hair cut after waiting entire day at 14:30 I asked when my son will be done then they told me they only doing their regular customers. After waiting 5 hours. When I queried the guy told me it’s his family business and he said he won’t cut my 5 year old son’s hair. The child had waited with excitement. He didn’t do it. It was done later by one the black employees. I had noticed Indians clients were not queuing, may be they were regulars. People mustn’t treat us like this. A few client gave up and left because of this prejudice

Worst Service ever recieved from any business.
The worst service i ever received from any business. Firstly the barber was very rude and had a filthy attitude. I do not recommend anyone to visist Barber SA the worst service and the employees are extremely un professional and rude with the worst attitude. Don't visit this Barber

Barber SA in Centurion mall a joke!!!!
Yesterday I took my 6year old son for a hair trim at Barber SA in Centurion Mall (opposite mr Price sport). The lady (hairdresser/barber????) said that she was able to trim his hair (he HAD long wavy hair that just needed a trim!!!). I asked her 3 times, very clearly: are you able to trim this type of hair and if not, please refer me to another hairdresser. She arrogantly assured me that she was. What type of a person does this??? Because she totally ruined my boy's beautiful golden baby locks!!!! It looks horrible!!!! I think a 3year old would do a better job!!!! That terrible lady/hairdresser/barber or whatever she think she is ruined nit only my sons hair but our holiday because he is in tears, everybody is angry AND she got paid for it???? Halfway through I asked her to stop because it looks like a rat ate through his hair but she kept on going and said its because of his haircolour!!!! What nonsense!!!! She should get fired immediately and is definitely not qualified to do te job she is supposed to!!! If she was just honest none of this would have happened.

Disappointed with Barber SA
Good afternoon, I was very disappointed when my brother-in-law went to go and cut his hair at the Barber SA in the Mall of the North shop only to find the barber saying that the machine can not cut his hair as it is curly. I have always cut my hair at the Barber SA but after this experience i will never use their service again. Please advise as to what type of hair you must have for people to use your service.

Disappointed with Barber SA

Disappointed ?
Good day i have to express my utter disappointment in the lady at the Secunda mall branch,i honestly feel she has no clue on cutting hair, Took my son here on Sunday and I was shocked at what she did. She used a machine on his forehead, the backline was so crooked.The hair on the top was different lengths and the sides were so untidy, she really needs to brush up on her s****s,R90 for a kids haircut is not actually cheap.I had no choice as the others were closed but i would never come back or recommend you guys to anyone.
