Bad treatment by Barclays Jersey
Barclays Bank Jersey closed my account of thirty years because their demands for updated FICA information were repeatedly sent to the incorrect address in spite of having the correct address in their possession. Then it took them 4 months to tell me of this . Eight weeks after supplying the information demanded my accounts are still blocked.Seems one one cares..
