Worst cosmetics company ever

I have never experienced a company that tells lie upon lie, I've been waiting for an order since December 2022, she being Callen vd Nest said that orders will start going out end of January 2023, it's now middel March and I'm still waiting. I've requested a refund and even that doesn't get any reaction from her

I would not advise anyone to order from this company ever as they take your money and don't deliver the goods
