Books of famous authors
I am qukite unsatisfied with Bargain Books at Mossel Bay as they always do not make provision that they have anouht copies of books written by famous Affrikaans authors. I called tem this morning about a new book of a famous author to find out whether they this book available and waws told that it has been sold out and that they did otfrt so mrre copies. This is now the third that it happens dthat a book I amlooking for are sold out and then I have to wait until they receiove more copies. I previously advised them that they should ordere anough copies of books by famous authors, with n o avail.

Bargain Books Canal Walk’s staff consistently maintain a genuine, friendly, helpful demeanour. This isn’t just one staff member, all who I’ve encountered there have the same focus: to make sure you find your way. Plus they’re just genuinely nice too!

Uitstekende en besonderse diens lewering
Ag ek wou net graag 'n ou dankie sê briefie stuur aan julle hoofkantoor vir julle winkel hier in Malmesbury my dogter het my gehelp met julle informasie ek was in ons plaaslike Bargain Boeke winkel die naweek en ek moet regtig sê julle het die oulikste nuwe winkel bestuurderes daar in ons tak. ek is ou klieent vandat julle daar oopgemaak het maar het Linda eers Saterdag ontmoet daar in die winkel maar mens was sy nie oulik nie,sy het my so mooi gegroet en so welkom laat voel en my so oulik gehelp met geskenkies en Afrikaanse boeke vir my dogter en kinder boeke vir my klein kind in Hamburg wat ek en my man hierdie week gaan besoek. Ek moet sê ek het lanklaas sulke fantastiese diens ontvang en sukkel lekker warm en persoonlike aandag geniet en dit van 'n bestuurderes ek het selfs my vriendinne by die kerk vertel van haar en hoe oulik sy was en mens kan sien sy is nou 'n regte egte plattelandse kind ek dog maar net ek wil net graag sê dankie vir haar pragtige diens en aandag en vir die manier waarmee sy my behandel en gehelp het lieflike daggie vir julle en ek hoop julle kry my epossie groetnis daar Mev Susan van der Merwe

Staff slaps customer and still works there
Shocked to see that violent male employee still works there at the secunda branch. He slapped a young girl and bargain books didn't do anything. Absolutely disgusting. I don't feel safe going there knowing a staff member can physically assault a customer with no repercussions. Passed by the shop and saw he is still there
