We bought a VIP toilet in April last year from Farhana, the toilet was delivered in Cape Town branch in August 2019 and it was broken and we could not take it. Immediately Rageem phoned Durban branch and spoke to the manager Saleem who then promised to attend to the problem within 3 days, they never phoned us to apologize whenever we phoned them their receptionist will first ask whose phoning, immediately when she hear its us, she will never put us through. we waited until January this year and we went back to Goodwood branch again we wrote our complaints and Rageem send it to Durban branch and they never contacted us until to date. I tried to phone again on the 3rd July this year and I spoke to Chaleen who also made promises but in vain she never fulfilled the promises, until today they never contacted us and our R75 000 is with them . Please good people help us to received our money from these skelms as we don't want anything to do with them not anymore.
