You order and pay for an item and simply never receive your purchase. After a few attempts to get feedback, you are fed the same **** about a "backlog of emails. We will respond to your email as soon as possible". My partner is disabled and cannot communicate on her own and very upset because she bought this item of clothing, which she saved up for, and not receiving it. Stay away from their FB ads and report them.
