Quoteless & Empty statement
Even though their finished work is great, it doesn't help much when you can't even get a quote. Even as a returning customer I can't even get a quote for repeat business. I'm starting to think their bottom line is very healthy and don't require more business

Bark and Steel Manufacturing
I run a successful interior decorating business. I contracted with Bark and steel www.barkandsteel.co.za to manufacture a TV unit. I also requested a quote for a second client on a room divider to be manufactured. Numerous emails go unanswered and attempts to call are unsuccessful. The promised delivery date has passed and my client awaiting his quote on the room divider is losing patience. Ti-Amore answered some emails making some promises to speak to Kenneth, but I have in large only received promises. I find this unprofessional and definitely not doing my trust in this manufacturer any good. I have paid them and now delivery of goods is lacking. Not happy.
