Poor quality of work and no professionalism.

I ordered a precast wall and paid the deposit. During the order process I asked Clinton to alternate the slabs to which he agreed. A few days later the guys started the job. I received some pictures of the work from another contractor also working on the site at my request. One of the drain slabs was installed incorrectly but they fixed it after my request to do so. When the job was finished I received some more pictures where I saw that the slabs were not all level. I called Clinton and ask if he could fix it. He became snotty and told me it is the slope of the ground. I left it there. When I finally inspected the wall I realised that they didn't alternate the slabs as I requested. I sent a WhatsApp message to Clinton to which he responded that he will go and look at it. Further inspections showed two slabs and two columns with structural cracks. One of the cracked column they tried to fix with concrete. This morning the team arrived on site and removed half of the wall without any feedback on the alternating slabs. When I requested why they removing it, the response from Clinton was that he leaves my deposit there. Check put their website, it states 100% customer satisfaction, well I guess now its not 100% anymore. Be careful of this company. Photos of the cracked parts are available on request.
