Poor service for Barker

I bought a pair of Barker shoes a few years ago for my daughter’s wedding. I left in the cupboard and when I took it out the box the sole was disintegrating I called Derick from Barker and explained the situation. He asked me to drop it off at a store close to me, which I did. I was told they will replace the sole and return my shoe. I went to fetch it today and the sole they used is like a tyre material. Very poor job and not what I bought. Derick said they did me a favour. I would rather go and put a new bottom at a shoe maker on the streets would have been a better option.
