Not a very professional business and terrible at keeping appointments and communicating. They were supposed to come out today, we waited and no communication from them, no one showed up. And this is not the first time they don't keep their appointments, they are either very late or no show. Very disappointed

I was looking for an on wheels doggie palour on Thursday the 8th December in the Northern Suburbs to book for Friday the 10th December. I googled and the first name to pop up was Barking Bubbles mobile Dog wash Northern Suburbs. I contacted them via what's app and made an appointment for the 10th December. Friday came and they sent me a what's app to say they are waiting outside. And I opened the front the gate to find no one there. They did not ring my door bell either. So I figured they might be at the wrong house. They instructed me on what's app that the van was outside and that I should call the driver. First of all why do I need to call the driver? I called anyway and the driver/owner said he was standing infront of my house too long and drove away. And then said I should call back to reschedule. I said no thank I will take my business somewhere else. They Friday afternoon they what's apped me again to say they can come Saturday afternoon 10-11:30am. At 11:45am they called to say they sorry they can't make it because they've been calling all the customers to reschedule Saturday because the driver/owner was in contact with someone who has covid and didn't want to put his workers at risk. I said it's fine. They rescheduled Sunday again for Monday the 12th. Said they will be here after 2. They came at 3pm. And the driver/owner was with. My first instincts was.. wasn't the driver/owner in contact with someone who has covid??? I immediately put my mask on. The lady came to the door as they couldn't pull the van and trailer onto my driveway. They parked in the middle of the road. They fetched my two bulldogs and used a rope to lead them down. Now at this stage my two dogs where abit startled. They literally chocked from the rope leash they used trying to pull them down the driveway. My dogs was still startled at this point and I did say to the lady to stop because my dogs where chocking. They took one of the dogs tied him with the rope leash in the van and washed him as he was trying to get out of the rope leash. And still chocking as they washed him. The other dog they couldn't handle putting her in the stainless basin and washed her. Both dogs nails was cut scew. Some are long and some are short. The could not handle my dogs while cutting their nails. When they were done with the dog they put in the basin they just left here to jump out the trailer and run in the streets. My dogs do not roam around the streets where we live as cars drive pass around the bend and they can be put at risk to be bumped. They took 2 minutes to wash both dogs and I asked them to used my own shampoo, they were still dirty and was not washed thoroughly. They still had tear marks from their tears still. And after they were done washing them they were still soaking wet just towel dried and left to run back into the house. This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. First of all, I felt it was cruelty towards my animals the way they were handled and chocked on the leash. I paid R400 for both dog for absolutely the most horribly work and experience I've ever had. My dogs were still startled in the yard wet once they had left. I didn't want to pay them the money because of the disgusting service my dogs and myself had to endure but I did. I will however never make use of their services again and will NOT recommend anyone to use their services either. Animals should not be treated the way they treated mine today. I am an animal lover and never have I ever treated them the way they did today and neither have I experienced any other animal service do that. Barking Bubbles is the most unprofessional service and people I've ever experienced.

Terrible service, chocked one of my dogs she was gasping for breath and they still didn’t lose the collar I had to pull it out of the groomers hands to loosen it. Will never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Actual workers were quite friendly, only issue is that it was R150 to only wash a small Jack Russell for 5minutes and not even dry, had to dry the dog myself, usually R150 would get a wash, trim, nails, etc but yeah that's the only issue is the pricing compared to other mobile dog washes.
