BARKXSTOP - Non deliverance of ordered item

I ordered a unit of BARKXSTOP (https://barx-stop.com/) on 14 January 2022 but despite several requests (which enquiries according to their website) have been received I have not received the product.

The enquiries are simply bluntly ignored.

Notifications pop up continbueusly on their website that so-and-so has just ordered a unit of BARKXSTOP, but as my experience I have to assume that this is one huge big SCAM.
