The worst service ever We bought from the Middelburg branch about three weeks back. They said the parts will be here within 8-9 days. Three weeks later I'm here listening to excuse after excuse after the next. We paid a lot of money to be treated like this and our client is furious with us because of their incompetence. I'm never buying from this company again.

Bought spares from Barloworld CAT, Middelburg branch. After I made huge amount of payment I was informed, by mail, that spares will be available two days later. Three days later I arrived and was told that the spares are still on order. Six months later, and some of the spares are nowhere to be found. Now another six months and I haven't received any refund. They keep on sending emails to different departments, but to no avail. PLEASE DON'T SUPPORT THIS BRANCH!!

I am passed off with this service deliver and promise to never buy from these idiots again. My package is ready for collection we have being sent and email stating that our goods is ready for pick up and I have sent the courier guy to collect our good and no one knows nothing of this. This is your Johannesburg branch the contact person is Nombulelo. Horrible service will not buy from you again. I have spent on just 1x part over 20k and this is the service delivery received.

My Fiancee passed on 2021 and still from then Barloword doesnt cooperate with me on his benifits that they should pay for my family via sanlam and when i make follow ups they always lie and sanlam say they have been sending them emails but no respond .

Good day, I opened an account at Bradlows when my goods were delivered the delivery guy assembled one couch. We were renovating our home at the time nd requested to assemble the rest myself bearing in mind he did not insist or mention it is stipulated within their contract to do it themselves. Upon opening the rest of the couches it was then I realized the one couch was torn. I also had to collect my surround sound from the store and it was not packaged in a box nd came to find it was not working when I got home and connected it i immediately contacted Bradlows informing them of which they promised to exchange my goods, they delayed the process and when I asked to cancel the account and return their goods they pleaded with me to just be patient with them of which I did. After the 7 days passed they are now behaving in an arrogant manner refusing to exchange my goods but expects me to pay my account on time for damaged goods. I am kindly requesting help and assistance regarding this thanking you in advance
