Property purchase

I literally don't know what to say. I have never received such bad service in my entire life. I have signed my documents on the 2nd December 2025. I understand that the company was closed from the 19th December 2025 until 07th January 2026. my FHF was paid on the 5th January2026 as I have a proof of payment from the. I had enquire on the 13th January the one of ladies who work there. She told me that they have not received payment. I went and enquire with FHF and got back to her on the 20th January 2026 to confirm the payment was made. She only checked then if the payment went through and confirmed it has been received from there I don't understand what happening. it is now the 30th January and I have to call them and ask what is happening. No feedback is given, everything is slow I keep signing documents that I have already signed. if I don't make a follow up I don't get feedback. since the signing of the document until nothing has been lodged with the deeds office. I am told that they paid rate on the 27 January 2026, whereas the TAT is 24 to 48hrs, they any follow up with the COJ. I have a reason I app**** for I don't have a place to stay and I have 2 kids I now need to waste money and pay February's rent knowing might move before month end. for a first time home buyer I am already drain and very unhappy.
