I've been stuggling with my Defy fridge/freezer and asked Defy to send a technician out. They sent one from Barnards TV and Appliances. He said he had "by-passed" something in the back. A week later they had to come back. Less than half-hour after the second technician left the caution light came on again. I contacted him by sms. He didn't respond. I then called their office and the lady promised to send a technician on Friday. In the meantime I have list so much food and am about to lose more in my freezer. These people are so disappointing. Their technicians are ***********. One can also no longer "rely on defy".
