not happy

Good day my tv was booked to you by makro for back lights then was taken for repairs but it didnt last for a year cause now it does the samething back lights are off and i have been trying ti get hold of you emails dont work and phone is been ringing no answer no i dont know what to do please respond on abelmashi@yahoo.com
