Baroque Real Estate poor service

I have had a thoroughly disappointing experience with Baroque Real Estate, and I can confidently say it is the most unprofessional and inefficient agency I have ever encountered. Despite their promises to sign a lease and have the property occupied, they fail to follow through on any of their commitments or obligations. When we moved in, the house was still occupied by the landlord, and many of the issues identified during the initial inspection remain unresolved six months later. Their lack of competence is truly astounding. I would strongly advise against approaching Baroque Real Estate, as both Ronel and Roy seem more interested in making a quick buck than providing quality service. They routinely send in subpar contractors who lack the skills necessary to address the issues. We are constantly battling to have problems resolved in a timely manner, and when they do attempt to fix things, it often takes multiple attempts—3 or 4 at least—due to the incompetence of the workers they send. Save yourself the headache and avoid this agency if you value reliability and professionalism.
