Basewear basewear.myshopify.com fakes?fraud?

I have ordered a pair of sneakers on 19 Dec 2020, they should have arrived withion 3 working days. As today, I have not received the parcel yet. I have sent severail emails, no one replied. Can't find them on Instagram, their phone numebr doens't work. An other HelloPeter sites their merchandise is fake so now I am wondering if I will ever get my item.
