My colleague phones battery world and gets a price. After getting the price and quoting my customer he gives me the go ahead to order the battery. I make out the purchase order and phone battery world to give them the order number which must appear on the invoice for payment. I needed the invoice to make payment, where I found out the battery is on its way to me already. When it arrives the boss himself tells me that I need to tell him these things when I place the order...\HEY idiot
